I feel like Grey and Cass are entering into a reoccurring cycle of getting mad, something happening, the other one gets mad, something happens, etc. This can’t end well. D:
Yeah, Grey was definitely holding back in their earlier encounter, but Cass’s reaction kind of pulled him into this one. Since the opponents rein in their impulses more often, to wait for opportunities, having Grey and Cass just reacting, makes me worried it will lead them into places they wouldn’t go to if they were thinking clearly.
I like the townspeople, with all their winterwear and involvement. I hope we’ll see more of what their deal is as the story goes on and we get more background on the setting.
